- Copy of Identification, Passport, and/or Driver’s License. Visa to enter the USA.
- Proof of Address
- Any cable, electric, or water bill under your name that shows the current address where you are living.
- Income letter from the accountant or employer.
- From your accountant if you are the Owner of the Company (Needs CPA license)
- From the employer if you are an employee.
- Original bank reference letters.
- Copy of Fully Executed Sales Contract.
- Copy of Checks and/or Transfers given to the seller as part of the initial deposit.
- If the Property Title will be under the name of an American Corporation:
- Articles and statutes of the company and Shares or Certificates (executed).
- Company tax number.
